NBR roll and sheets are closed cell foam structures with a non-porous composition that offers high thermal efficiency and protection from imminent condensation problems, and helps as sound absorber. This product can be coated with different types of foils (aluminum foil or glass cloth) and have a factory-applied self-adhesive backing. The installation time is reduced more than 40% due to the ease in cutting as well as quick adhesion of the material. Roll and sheet has everything you would want or expect from closed cell insulation – highly flexible, low thermal conductivity, low water permeability and excellent moisture resistance, and etc. It is specially engineered to control and prevent condensation. This products are made with a blend of NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) that makes it uniquely durable when exposed to moisture and water vapor.

XLPE pipes are long-lasting closed cell thermal insulators with very low thermal conductivity. The closed cell cross-linked polyolefin Insulation foam structure controls condensation has high thermal efficiency. In addition to the dimensional stability, the insulation tubes have a ‘memory effect’ that enables them to spring back to their original shape. The polyolefin insulation tubes are thick which match most of the usual pipe sizes up to 40 inches and can be coated with foil or can be plain.

XLPE rolls, sheets and tubular shapes are made of cross-linked closed cell polyolefin thermal insulation foam with factory applied aluminum foil for mechanical protection designed to control condensation and energy losses in cooling and heating systems. It is suitable for such applications like duct and pipe insulation for air conditioning, cold water, chilled water, hot water and refrigeration as well as within OEM applications.
